**Refund Policy for TopNet**

**1. Refund Eligibility (21-Day Window)**

At TopNet, we want you to be completely satisfied with the Advanced Referral Management System (ARMS). We offer a **21-day money-back guarantee** from the date of your initial purchase or subscription sign-up. If the platform does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within this 21-day period. After 21 days, all payments are non-refundable.


**2. Subscription Cancellation & Service Commitment**

* **90-Day Minimum Service:** To ensure you have sufficient time to implement ARMS, configure your interactive directories, and begin generating referrals, our subscription plans are subject to a minimum service period of 90 days.

* **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first 90 days of service. Upon cancellation, your active subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further recurring charges will be billed.


**3. Custom Physical Products (NFC Cards)**

Due to the custom branding and production process of our un-degradable NFC business cards, physical product orders are non-refundable once production has started. If your physical card arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement.


**4. Processing Refunds and Cancellations**
